Paradigm Performance is a Holistic Training Studio focused on Improving Performance utilizing various gravity based functional movement training methods.
Private sessions are focused on creating new movement patterns in the body for better mobility strength and balance leading to better performance and minimizing risks of injury.
Classes are offered for those who have completed a course of private sessions, have gained an understanding of the principles of proper alignment and movement and want to continue a consistent practice. Classes are scheduled based on demand.
No injuries? After your initial private session you may be cleared to enter straight into classes.
